Online Nutrition

So starting today, we have begun logging everything we eat/drink in this really great program online that Lisa gave us. It actually grades your day based on your goals, including all your vitamin and minerals. So I got a whole lot of F's today. A couple A's, a few in between, but overall, not pretty. So let's start from scratch, now that I can track it better. Hopefully I'll see huge improvements. Lisa can watch much more closely, as well, and let us know when something is out of wack before it goes overboard.

I had a good exercise day - an hour of cardio. 45 on elyptical and 15 on the bike. Felt good and didn't kill me as much as usual. Odd. It was 8PM. Oh well, I'll take it!

Well, we are embarking upon a week of birthdays and family visits. I will stay strong, and not waste my nights of cardio on frivolous calories. I do hope, however, that by next Saturday, the 13th, I'll be allowed just one little slice of cake....

hey cherish im a client and ive been going since april 29 08 and belive me all the feelings and emotions u r going thru are normal im very driven and focused and always getting yelled at by lisa not eating enuff not eating the right stuff ect but the ft crew at andover are very dedicated to your succes and it is my opionon that they actually care about us brian is awesome as so is dorothy and anna but it also falls on you to self motivate yourself once u leave there and go home and eat beilve me i work hard there and i slack a little in nutriton just ask lisa i fought nher on the soda issues for a good 3 weeks and i tryied it and the weight came off fast i am also gearing up to run a 5 mile road race in october my first actual run in 9 years so as im saying is push yourself hard when you r there push your self even harder when u r not there self motivation is the hardest and a few f s every now and then its gonna happen dont beat your self up lisa and anna said it best moderation is key but its what you do aftrer the fact we cheated on nutrion is what is most important when i cheat i work harder with brian he says 10 - 12 reps ill do extra and tell him i slacked and then he knows why and then i pay him in extra reps or an exercise i hate that he knows i hate and i feel better i work out 3 days week stared to run on my off days 2- 3 miles im working on the endurance part i ran 3 miles to the ft and did 1/2 hour on the treadmill to cool down anna thought that was awesome when i first started there i could only do 17 minutes on the eliptal and was so dead and felt like i was gonna throw up in the bushes now i kept at try small goals like i made 17 ill try 20 minutes and so on and then i tried miles for time ect now im looseing the weight getting stronger my bench press is almost to where i picked to be by november i feel ill get it no problem in fact ibelive we met in passing im thr guy who has the tattoos all over im erik ask the trainers about me they will tell you about me well good luck and keep up the hard work you see results very quick with ft and rember its all up to you and how you deal with a few fs and downfalls
